PAYMENTS & BILLING
All products on this site are sold in Rupees (INR) and at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The listed prices of products are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges apply as per actuals and vary depending upon the location, weight, or order value.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. The products listed on this platform may have human errors and Unborn Studio reserves the right to making corrective action at any point in time, without prior notice. Errors may be subject to product details, availability, pricing, available variations, etc. and we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies.
UNETHICAL PAYMENT PRACTICES & FRAUD TRANSACTIONS
Users with more than one account or availing of our services unethically shall be liable for legal actions under applicable law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers fees from users using the site unethically. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such users for unethical use of the site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
