Shipping & returns


​Each piece made by us takes a considerable amount of time and effort, hence your product is made only after we have received your order to avoid overproduction. Your order will be dispatched within 12- 15 days from the date of your order confirmation.


Shipping within India:

We are currently shipping all across India. Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. 


International Shipping:

We do ship international orders. However, these orders take longer to reach you than domestic orders. International orders take anywhere between 21 - 28 days to reach you. Also, due to Covid restrictions if we are unable to ship to your country. Your money will be refunded back to your source account. 



Each piece of clothing is made with utmost care to minimize our impact on our planet. Shipping products back and forth for exchanges or refunds means adding to the carbon footprint. So, we kindly request you to read the entire product description, from size to fabric content to care, in order to avoid unnecessary shipping. The sizing guide will help you determine what size will fit you best.

Which products are eligible for return/exchange?


If the item delivered to you is in a defective or damaged condition. 

In the case of minor defects customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a repair to fix it. Please note that handwoven & hand dyed garments, by nature, have unintentional imperfections which are not considered defects.


If the item delivered to you is different (in size, design or colour) from the images or details on our website.

Kindly know that we make every effort in ensuring that what you see is close to what you receive. Although, due to the intricate nature of the crafts involved in the making, the products may slightly vary. 

Fit issues:

We want you to love your garments as much as we love making them. So, if you are not happy with the fit of the product, we will gladly fix it for you or provide you an exchange. Orders with fit issues are not eligible for a refund.

If you opt for an exchange, note that each piece is unique and can never truly be replicated due to the nature of the crafts involved in the making. To avoid sizing issues we suggest you carefully refer to the size guide on the product page before making a purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for custom-made/ custom-sized orders.


Cost of shipping in case of returns/exchange:

In the case of exchanges, the cost of shipping is to be borne by the customer. In case of returns, we will arrange for the pickup. In both cases, we kindly ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on the product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. 


Shipping disputes:

At the time of delivery, in case the outer packaging of your shipment is tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed please refuse to accept the shipment.

In case you have not received the your shipment but your tracking status says delivered, please raise a delivery dispute via WhatsApp on 9606635859 or mail us on within 24hours from the time of delivery.


How to initiate a refund or an exchange?

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if they are initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return email us your concern at Once the email is received, we review the issue and guide you accordingly. 


Please note: Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. 

If the products are received in a condition that is not sellable, used or physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, they will not be accepted. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

If eligible, a refund is processed to the original payment source within 5-6 working days after we receive the product. In the case of COD payments, your amount will be credited to you in the form of store credit within 2-3 working days after we receive the product.
